Booking Terms
Reservation can be made through the panel visible on the right side of the offer or via email at hotel@verde.pl (for email reservations, a 30% deposit of the total stay cost is required within 3 days from the reservation date, with the remaining payment due upon check-in when collecting the keys).
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation is possible within 14 days from the reservation date, but no later than 14 days before the arrival date. Cancellation outside of these time frames is not possible, and the deposit paid is non-refundable.
In case of cancellation during the stay, charges for the days used will be settled at the standard rates applicable at the hotel. Additionally, a handling fee of 15% of the amount to be settled upon cancellation will be applied.
